Robert Thibodeau was called into the ministry in late 1993. He has served as the assistant pastor in three churches and as the senior pastor in his own church for two years. He retired as a police officer in 2011. While a police officer, he served as the Chaplain for his departments Fraternal Order of Police for four years. Robert attended Jerry Savelle Ministries International (JSMI) Bible School and graduated in 1999.
Freedom Through Faith Ministries (FTFM) has been proclaiming and teaching the Word of God since 1999 when Robert R. Thibodeau (Brother Bob) founded the ministry in Fort Worth, Texas. He is the founder and current director of the ministry, which has been located in Baltimore, Maryland since 2001. Since the inception of FTFM, Brother Bob has worked with other ministries in the conduct of crusades and large-scale concerts all across America. He has seen healing’s and miracles take place during these events and has realized what the Power of God can do in a persons life - once they accept Jesus as Lord! With Faith in God, all things are possible to him who believes!
The primary purpose of FTFM is to evangelize, disciple and teach people everywhere “the victory that overcomes the world” (and whatever problems the world brings) by introducing them to Jesus as their Savior and by motivating them to apply Biblical Principles in their everyday life. This empowers them to impact their world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as well.
This ministry conducts Live Internet radio broadcasts twice each week, which are listened to by people all around the nation as well as 97 countries around the world. FTFM began a nationwide prayer tour in 2013 under the name of "Mission For America." This evangelistic outreach travels to specific geographic locations around nation to pray, bind wicked spirits in high places and to boldly declare that "Jesus is Lord over the the United States of America!" On October 10, 2011, we launched a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, Internet radio broadcast located at www.ftfchristianradio.com . It is a combination of Biblical teaching (from various nationally known Pastors and Ministers) as well as sessions of Praise and Worship Music. In just the short time we have been operating this radio station, our ratings now place us in the Tope 4% of ALL Online radio stations in the WORLD!!! We are excited about this new venue which the Lord has directed us to do. As in all our endeavors, our primary focus is to GET THE WORD OUT!
The radio station is designed to allow pastors and ministers from all over the world a platform to deliver the Word of God in their own languages, to their own people, where ever they are located in the world!
